An Important Message From EPA: Save the Date!

CCR Review: Many of you are aware that EPA is conducting a retrospective review of the consumer confidence report rule. This is moving along very quickly. EPA plans a web-based listening session to hear more feedback from the industry and the public.

Date: February 23, 2012
Time: 2-4 PM EST

This web-based meeting will be announced and those that register will be provided with a list of questions to be posed during the listening session. These will help you prepare to comment on the topic areas: electronic delivery options; state receipt of certification burden; content issues regarding the use of whole numbers and inclusion of tier 3 public notices in CCRs. EPA will keep everyone posted on this, so that you can raise your concerns and ideas again. These need to be raised during this formal review period in order to be considered and it will be you who help craft something that makes the most sense.
