•	10 years’ experience and have thorough knowledge of all aspects of operation and maintenance of all facilities of a water distribution system or related experience. 
•	Preferred to have a PA DEP Distribution Operator License or obtain one within 1 year of hire. 
•	Must have ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously. 
•	Must have ability to delegate work to subordinates and follow up to insure successful completion.
